Counselling & Psychotherapy Services in Chelsea
Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or uncertain about the path ahead. I offer counselling & psychotherapy services in Chelsea for women navigating emotional, relational and life challenges, with in-person sessions available in London SW10 and remote counselling via Zoom.
I provide a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences openly and at your own pace. Together, we can work to understand patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen your resilience and help you move towards a life that feels more balanced, meaningful and aligned with who you truly are.
How Counselling & Psychotherapy Can Support You
There are many reasons why you may consider therapy. You might be struggling with something happening in your life now, recovering from difficult experiences, noticing patterns that continue to affect you or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply.
Therapy offers dedicated time and space to explore what you are experiencing without judgement. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out or know exactly what you want to change. We can begin with what is happening for you now and work from there.

My Approach to Counselling & Psychotherapy
My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change becomes possible when we feel safe, understood and supported.
I offer a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly and at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, recognise patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing and explore ways of moving forward.
Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It can be about reconnecting with who you are, understanding what you need and creating a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs and potential.
An Integrative Approach Tailored to You
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I tailor therapy to the individual, drawing from a range of evidence-based and humanistic approaches.
These include:
- Integrative Therapy
- Person-Centred Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Therapy
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
- Transpersonal Therapy
- Motivational and Empowerment Coaching
Rather than expecting every client to fit one particular therapeutic model, this approach allows our work to reflect your individual circumstances, experiences and goals.
It can give us the flexibility to consider what you are experiencing now while also exploring past experiences, relationships, beliefs or patterns where these are relevant to your emotional wellbeing.
Supporting Women Through Life's Challenges
Women can face emotional pressures across relationships, careers, motherhood, family life, neurodivergence, hormonal changes and major transitions, all of which can affect emotional wellbeing and sense of self.
I support women through these experiences with compassion and without judgement, providing space to navigate change, understand recurring patterns and focus on what you need.
Before becoming a therapist, I held managerial and director roles within the fashion, beauty and retail industries before founding two businesses. This gives me insight into the pressures of balancing professional responsibilities, relationships, family life and personal wellbeing.
From Healing to Personal Development
For some women, counselling begins with a particular difficulty or experience. Over time, the focus may develop towards greater self-awareness, confidence, direction and personal growth.
Alongside counselling and psychotherapy, I offer Personal Growth & Development Programmes for women who want to continue building on their progress.
These programmes combine psychological insight, therapeutic understanding, coaching techniques and practical accountability, with different options designed around healing, confidence, personal and professional growth, purpose and continued development.
In-Person Counselling in Chelsea SW10 & Online
I currently offer in-person counselling in London SW10, alongside remote counselling via Zoom.
Having both options provides flexibility depending on your circumstances and how you prefer to access therapy. Whichever format you choose, the focus remains on creating a supportive space where you can explore what is happening for you.
If you would like to discuss appointments or ask a question before booking, please get in touch.
Starting Therapy
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel difficult, particularly if you have not spoken to a therapist before. You do not need to prepare what to say or arrive with a clearly defined goal.
Together, we can explore what has brought you to therapy and what you need support with, from emotions and relationships to past experiences, confidence, identity and recurring patterns.
You can also read client testimonials to learn about clients’ experiences of working with me.
