Counselling & Psychotherapy for Women
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck, disconnected or unsure of the way forward. You may be struggling with something happening now, processing difficult past experiences or simply recognising that you would like to understand yourself better.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor therapy to you as an individual, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to provide support that reflects your experiences, circumstances and goals.
How I Can Support You
Women come to therapy for many different reasons. You do not need to fit neatly into a particular category or have everything worked out before seeking support.
Areas I commonly support clients with include:
- Anxiety, overwhelming stress and low mood
- Trauma and difficult past experiences
- Narcissistic and emotional abuse recovery
- Relationship difficulties, separation and divorce
- Neurodivergence, ADHD and late diagnosis
- Low confidence, self-esteem and self-worth
- Burnout and emotional overwhelm
- Perimenopause and menopause-related emotional wellbeing
- Family, parenting and life transitions
- Identity, personal growth and self-discovery
Support for Anxiety & Emotional Wellbeing
Anxiety, stress and low mood can affect your relationships, confidence, work and everyday life. Therapy offers space to explore what may be contributing to how you feel and begin developing greater understanding, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Recovering From Narcissistic & Emotional Abuse
Difficult or emotionally abusive relationships can have a lasting impact on your confidence, identity, boundaries and ability to trust yourself. I support women who are processing and recovering from narcissistic and emotional abuse in relationships, families & other areas of life.
Personal Growth & Development
Therapy does not always begin or end with a particular problem. You may reach a point where you want to understand yourself more deeply, build confidence, find greater clarity or make changes in your personal or professional life.
My Personal Growth & Development Programmes combine psychological insight, therapeutic understanding, coaching techniques and practical accountability to support women through different stages of healing, growth and development.
EMBRACE → EMPOWER → EVOLVE → EXPAND

About Justine Haddon
I am a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and wellbeing practitioner with a passion for supporting women through life's challenges, transitions and opportunities for growth.
My counselling journey began in South Africa in 2011, working with children and individuals affected by trauma, domestic violence and mental health difficulties. Before becoming a therapist, I also spent many years in managerial and director roles within the fashion, beauty and retail industries before founding and running two businesses.
These experiences give me an understanding of the different pressures women may face across careers, businesses, relationships, family life and their own wellbeing. My aim is to provide a compassionate, authentic and collaborative space where you feel able to explore what matters to you.
A Therapeutic Approach Tailored to You
No two people experience life in exactly the same way, which is why I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
As an integrative psychotherapist, my work can draw from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy and motivational and empowerment coaching.
The approach we take will be shaped by you, what you are experiencing and what you hope to gain from therapy.
What Clients Say
Although I have had helpful experiences with therapy in the past, seeing a therapist who specialises in recovery from narcissistic abuse has been life-changing for me. It can be difficult to explain the topsy-turvy world of narcissistic abuse, and I have sensed that previous therapists have felt out of their depth. However, Justine made me feel relaxed from the beginning and talking to her about my past is effortless in a way I haven’t found with other therapists. This therapy has begun to shift my perceptions in ways I couldn’t have imagined a few years ago. She approaches problems with kindness and integrity, and gently holds me accountable when I need it. The therapy has allowed me to let go of some of the anger and shame I have felt since childhood and my self-esteem is finally beginning to grow. For the first time, I can say that I feel more positive about myself, the future and what I can achieve.
In-Person Sessions in SW10 & Online
I currently offer in-person sessions in SW10, alongside remote counselling via Zoom. Whether you are facing a difficult period, looking to understand recurring patterns or wanting to create positive change, therapy can give you dedicated space to focus on yourself and what you need.
