ABOUT ME
I am a qualified Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Wellbeing Practitioner with a passion for supporting women through life’s challenges, transitions and opportunities for growth.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in managerial and director roles within the fashion, beauty and retail industries, before founding and running two successful businesses. This experience gives me a unique understanding of the pressures many women face when balancing careers, businesses, relationships and family life, and enables me to support clients with both personal and professional challenges.
My counselling journey began in South Africa in 2011, working with children and individuals affected by trauma, domestic violence and mental health difficulties. Since then, my work has evolved to focus on supporting women through a wide range of emotional, relational and life challenges, helping them develop greater self-awareness, resilience and confidence.
Alongside my professional experience, I am a mother of three and have personal insight into the opportunities and challenges that can come with neurodivergence within family life. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the complexities many women navigate every day and continue to inform the compassionate, non-judgemental approach I bring to my work.
I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel safe, understood and supported. My aim is to provide a warm, authentic and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, gain clarity, and move towards a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling and aligned with who you are.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, Pilates, travelling, countryside walks and life with my much-loved dachshunds.
