Online Counselling via Zoom
Remote sessions allow you to access support from a private, comfortable space without travelling to an appointment.

WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH?
I provide individual counselling and psychotherapy for women navigating emotional, relational and personal challenges.
You may be seeking support with anxiety, low mood, difficult relationships, emotional abuse, confidence or a significant life transition. You may also be feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about what you need.
You do not have to arrive with a clear explanation of everything you are experiencing.
You can explore my counselling and psychotherapy services to learn more about my approach, or read about support for depression and anxiety and narcissistic abuse recovery.
